This form requires provision of the company name and address, VAT number, and contact details. The buyer also confirms that he is an entrepreneur by checking the appropriate box.
How to set up an account?
In the tab "Set up account" (upper right corner), complete the form with the appropriate data to create an account. This form requires providing the company name and address, VAT number, and contact details. Moreover, the Buyer confirms that he is an entrepreneur by marking the appropriate checkbox. The buyer's account will then be validated by the admin.

Yes, the logistic minimum is 400 EUR net.
Is it possible to place an order using the XLS file?
Yes, it is. On the main page, in the XLS Price Lists tab, you can download the price list of brands included in our offer and use it to place your order (details in the "Using Price Lists" tab)

No, the prices on the website are net. After preparing the order summary, we also add shipping costs (net).

How long will it take to process my order?
The order fulfillment time is 1-4 business days depending on the season and number of orders on a given day. Sometimes the waiting time for a given product can be longer. In such situations, we always contact the customer and inform him about any delay in delivery.
